1 bell pepper sliced or diced
1 lg onion chopped
1/2 c celery chopped
1 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1 tsp salt
2/3 c vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 c parsley chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 lbs carrots cut up and cooked

Mix all and pour over carrots and marinate 24-48 hours.
