8 oz protein pasta
500 grams cottage cheese
120 grams cheddar cheese
60 grams Ragu double cheddar sauce
60 grams cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 kraft mac and cheese packet from the box
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Directions:

1. Cook your pasta until it's al dente.
2. Blend the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, cream cheese, Ragu sauce, mac and cheese powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Pour over the pasta. Stir gently until combined and heat until it's thick and creamy.
