Ingredients:  
1/4 lb. ground beef
Little bit of egg
bread crumbs
1 T. parmesan cheese
2 T. minced onion
2 quarts chicken broth
2 c. fresh spinach - packed and thinly sliced
3/4 c. seashell pasta
3/4 c. diced carrots

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese and onion.

2. Shape into mini meatballs and brown in fry pan on stove top. Set aside

3. In large stockpot heat chicken broth to boiling then add carrots, meatballs, pasta and spinach. Boil for 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.

4. Serve hot with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
