3 C Peanut Butter
1 C Butter
4.5 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 t Vanilla
3/4 bag of chocolate chips (I use milk but semi sweet or dark also work)

Directions:
In large microwavable bowl add peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar. Microwave for about 90 seconds until melted and easy to mix. Stir in vanilla and spread in 9 X 13 pan lined with parchment paper for ease to remove and cut. Put chocolate in a microwavable (glass preferred) bowl for 30 seconds at a time stirring in between until melted and spreadable. Spread on top of peanut butter mix. Let cool. You can cool in the fridge but chocolate may break when cutting if they are too cold.
