STOCK POT:
1 meaty turkey frame, preferably smoked (oven roasted ok)
3 qts./12 C. water
1 lg. onion, quartered
2 tsp.salt

1 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 Tbs. instant chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/8 black pepper

Add 4 C. of the following vegetables:
celery, carrots, onions and zucchini

1 1/2 C. uncooked medium noodles

STOCK POT:
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove turkey frame, cool and remove meat, strain broth. Add 1 16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up. Add 1 Tbs. instant chicken bouillon granules, 1 1/2 tsp. dried crushed oregano, 1 tsp. crushed dried thyme, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 4 Cups mixed vegetables, 1 1/2 uncooked medium noodles, and seasonings to broth. bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover, simmer for 45 minutes, stir uncooked noodles. Simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper.
