3 garlic cloves, crushed
salt & pepper, to taste
3/4 C. oil


2 heads romaine
2 C. grape tomatoes
1 C. swiss cheese, shredded
2/3 C. almonds, slivered & toasted
1/3 C. parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 lb Becon
croutons

Directions:

Make dressing and set aside. The rest of the ingredients put into large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and serve with croutons.
