4 large - tart apples
8 oz. - pineapple, crushed
1 - egg
2 T. - apple cider vinegar
½ c. - sugar
8 oz. - Cool Whip
1½ c. - cocktail peanuts, salted
1 T. - flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix together till thick the egg, sugar, flour, vinegar and juice from pineapple. Cool or put in freezer for 15 minutes. Dice apples. Apples can be peeled if desired. Mix together Cool Whip, peanuts, pineapple, and apples, then add saucepan mixture and mix again.
