½ Cup butter
1 Cup Flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
21 oz. lemon Pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Place the stick of butter in a 9 by 9 in pan and place it in the oven to melt for 3-4 minutes until fully melted. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the sugar and whisk to combine.
Pour in the buttermilk, vanilla extract and lemon extract, whisk to combine.
Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter in the pan. Do Not Mix.
Spoon the lemon pie filling over the batter.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until the edges of the cobbler are golden brown.

Cool slightly before serving.

If you don't have buttermilk, pour 1 T. lemon juice in a measuring cup, pour milk to the 1 cup line and let sit about 10 mins. Use in recipe.
