1/2 cup organic mustard seeds
1/2 cup organic yellow mustard seed
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups apple cide vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a 1 quart jar, place lid on and let set on counter overnight.
Next day put into a food processor and run for approimately 3 minutes until thick.
Simmer-it will thicken more.
Put it in 1/2 pint jars-wipe the rims with a vinegar soaked paper towel-place lid and ring on and finger thighten.
Place in a water bath with boiling water, enough to cover the top of the jars with an inch of water.
When it comes to a rolling boil proceess for 10 minutes.
Shut the heat off and let sit for 5 minutes, then remove from the water and put on a towel on the counter to cool and seal.
If any didn't seal refrigerate and use.
Place the rest in a cool dark place and don't use for 4 weeks. Allow them to cure.
