Chicken thighs with skin (4)
2 tsp baking powder
1 ounce dry packet of ranch seasoning powder or 2 tablespoons
1.2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel - this makes it crispier by removing moisture.
In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, and pepper. Mix well.
Rub the mixture over each thigh.
Place chicken thighs on the baking sheet, skin side up. Leave space between each chicken thigh.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
