1 lb breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans)
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1½ tsp dry mustard
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
12 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed (Pepperidge Farm)
1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a skillet, drain well, and let cool.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
Add dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
Stir in bread cubes.
Fold in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.

Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish (Pyrex).
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, until set and lightly browned.
