2-3 fresh ripe vine tomatoes, sliced
1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
8-10 fresh basil leaves
Watercress bib (butter) lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients on a platter.
Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Serve immediately or chill until serving time (not more than 30 minutes).

1/4 cup basil leaves, cut in ribbons
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
