2 can chickpeas, drained and diced
4 ribs celery, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced

Dressing:
3 tablespoons oil (olive oil recommended)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chickpeas, celery, red onion, red pepper, and garlic in a large bowl.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and salt.

Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
