Ingredients:  
• 2 c. blueberries
• 1 c. milk
• 1 c. flour
• 6 eggs
• 4 T. butter
• 1 t. vanilla
• 2 pinches of salt
• 1 pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Mix milk, flour, eggs, vanilla, salt & cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Let mixture sit 15 minutes.
3. Add blueberries and butter pats to cast iron skillet.
4. Put in oven until butter melts.
5. Pour mixture into skillet & bake 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve with syrup and/or powdered sugar.
