2 boxes of lasagna
4.5 lb of ricotta
3-4 eggs
2 lbs ground meat
2 onions
Just less than 1 lb of sausage
1 1/2 jars of Prego traditional spaghetti sauce (large jars)
2 bags of shredded mozzarella cheese
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs with ricotta and a little parsley. Mixture should not be runny.

Cook noodles al dente. Butter the pan. Add some mixture of ground meat on the bottom and layer lasagna. Layer lasagna, ground meat, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and ricotta mixture then noodles. Repeat for around 3 layers.

Top with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350ºF until done with internal temperature of 160ºF. Sprinkle with parsley.

Pan size 17.5 inch long x 12 inch wide x 2.5 inch tall

Tip: put noodles up a little on sides.
