1 rack pork ribs
Rub of your choice
Favorite BBQ sauce
Heavy Duty Tin Foil
Apple Juice
Butter
Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar
Wood chips for smoking (apple, cherry or pecan)

Directions:
Remove silver skin from the ribs. Cover front and back with your rub. If you have time, let refrigerate overnight. If not, that's ok too. Prepare the smoker, should be 225 to 250º. Put the ribs on the smoker when up to temp. Have a spray bottle ready with 50/50 apple juice an apple cider vinegar. Add a couple chunks of wood to the briquettes to get the smoke rolling. Close the smoker. Cook at 225-250º for approximately 3 hours. Spritz every 30 Minutes with spray bottle. After 3 hours, remove the ribs and place on a large sheet of heavy tin foil. Add 4 pats of butter, a couple tbs. of apple juice, and drizzle honey across the ribs. Dust again with the rub. Close the foil tightly. Place in the smoker, again meat side down. Cook another 2 hours. Remove from smoker. Unwrap, remove from foil. Put back on the smoker. Glaze with favorite BBQ sauce. Cook for approximately 1 hour or until desired tenderness, adding more sauce if desired after they are removed from the smoker. Let rest for 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
