10 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. potato starch, 1/2 c. matzo cake meal, 3 T. lemon and/or orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs. Beat yolks, sugar and juice. Add starch and meal. Beat egg whites stiff; fold into yolk mixture. Bake one hour in an ungreased angel food cake pan at 350 degrees. After baking, TURN UPSIDE DOWN TO COOL.
