16oz dried black beans
2 tsp salt
1 tbs cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper
16oz Kielbasa sausage, diced
4 cups cooked rice
Fried eggs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place beans in slow cooker with enough water to cover beans. Cook on high heat 5-6 hours, adding water as needed.
2. Add salt, cumin, garlic, onion, coriander, pepper and kielbasa to the slow cooker. Continue cooking for 1 hr.
3. Serve over cooked rice and top with fried egg if desired.
