1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup oil or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy pot or Dutch oven. When oil is hot, gradually add flour, stirring until chocolate brown. Remove from heat and remove from pot (if you leave it in the pot it will burn).

Keeps well in fridge. *Always use warm water to dissolve the roux.
