½ c teriyaki sauce (see recipe)
2 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)thinly sliced or 4 thighs (boneless and skinless)
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. In a lg skillet over medium heat, heat your olive oil and place chicken in a single layer, cook on both sides for 6-7 minutes. Cook until cooked through, adding the sauce in the last 4 minutes of cooking. Serve with extra sauce on the side.

I love chicken thighs as they have more flavor. Also if you cut your chicken into 1 inch pieces, it cooks faster. I like to serve this over rice with a side of veggies.
