2 T. olive oil
˝ c. diced green bell peppers
˝ c. diced onions
˝ c. diced celery
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
1 T hot sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 T Worcestershire
1 tsp. sugar
salt/pepper
1 ˝ lb peeled, deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat crock pot on high.
2) In fry pan heat olive oil. Add peppers, onions and celery. Cook until softened. Add chili powder and sauté until caramelized. Remove from heat and pour into crock pot.
3) Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook 3 hours.
4) Add shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes.
Serve over rice. Top with green onions.
