For the crust and topping:
1 1/ 2 cups all-purpise flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup butter, chilled and cubed
1 tsp. vanilla

For the filling:
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease a 9X13" baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
Make the crust: In a large bowl, beat the flour, sugar, salt, chilled butter and vanilla with an electric mixer until crumbly.
Set aside 1 cup of the mixture.
Press remaining mixture firmly into prepared baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
While crust is baking, make a filling, in a large bowl, beat the eggs with an eletric mixer until frothy.
Add sugar, sour cream, flour and salt and mix until thoroughly combiined.
Gently stir in blueberries.
Spoon filling evenly over baked crust.
Top with reserved 1 cup of filling and bake until top is golden brown, 45-55 minutes.
Let Cool 1 hour before slicing and serving.
