Ingredients:  
• 1 skillet of cornbread
• Squash (amount not specified)
• Onions (amount not specified)
• 1 stick butter
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or any soup you prefer)
• ½ cup half & half
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 lb Velveeta, cubed
• Salt, pepper, garlic, and any spices you like

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare one skillet of cornbread and set aside.
2. Boil squash and onions, then drain.
3. Pour squash/onion mixture into a casserole dish and add 1 stick of butter. Stir until melted.
4. In a saucepan, combine:
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• ½ cup half & half
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 lb cubed Velveeta
Heat until cheese melts.
5. Crumble cornbread into the squash mixture.
6. Add the soup/cheese mixture.
7. Stir until blended. (You may not need the entire pan of cornbread.)
8. Bake at 350°F for 30–45 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
