2 lbs. baking potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
1 ½ cups chopped green onion, divided
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
¼ tsp. garlic powder
⅛ tsp. ground red pepper
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large crock pot with cooking spray or use a crock pot bag.
Combine potatoes, 1 c. green onion, soup, garlic powder and red pepper in crock pot.

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Add cheese, milk, sour cream and cook until cheese is melted and heated through, about 10 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with remaining green onion.
