1 lb. ground beef (cooked and crumbled)
1 lg. onion diced
3 lg. green peppers diced
2 cans beef broth
2 cans tomato soup

1 ½ cups cooked rice
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, onion, peppers, beef broth and tomato soup in a large pot. Bring to a soft boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add cooked rice, mushroom and tomatoes. Bring back to a simmer and cook another 30 minutes.
