Ingredients: Step1 Preheat your oven to 375 Step two In a large bowl mix all of your dry ingredients Step three Whisk your buttermilk and eggs together and half cup of melted butter. Then add to your dry ingredients . Step 4 take your skillet or pan and add your remaining butter. Put pan into the oven and let butter melt Step 5 Pour remaining butter into your mix add your cornbread mixture to the pan and put in the oven on the middle rack and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes Step 6 Use a toothpick to tell if it's done it should come out clean and if it doesn't bake in 1 to 3 minute intervals until it does. Step7 Let cool for about 15 minutes or so and it's ready to serve

Directions:Step1 washing slice your potato. Slice into half inch wedges. Step two cover with water and salt the water and Step three drain leaving a little of the potato water Step 4 step 4 melt butter in a saucepan add the brown sugar add the syrup pour in your potato water add your salt allowed to boil and bubble until thickens. Step 5 take your potatoes and put them in your baking dish sprinkling with a little bit of cinnamon take and pour the brown sugar syrup mixture over the potatoes and place in your oven of 350 and bake for 30 minutes until nice and bubbly Boil until slightly tender |
