3-4 Potatoes (about 1.5-2 lbs)
1- 1 ½ cups Chicken or beef broth
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Paprika
¼ Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Slice ¼” and arrange in a casserole dish. Add enough chicken or beef broth to cover ¾ of the casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and paprika. Bake at 325ºF for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
