3 pounds red cabbage (about 2 small heads) sliced as thinly as possible
1 cup vinegar
1½ cup brown sugar
4-5 chicken bouillon cubes
Dash of cloves
Dash of allspice
1½ cup water
1 Tablespoon corn starch
¼ cup margarine
1 medium onion

Directions:
Place everything into a large pot. Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour. After 45 minutes, add cornstarch mixed in ½ cup water.
