Ingredients:
6 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
¼ cup marshmallow fluff
1 stick (½ cup) salted butter
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
½ cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
Crushed peppermint or holiday sprinkles (for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spray an 8″ square pan
In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir until smooth and glossy. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and marshmallow fluff until fully combined. Add Cocoa Krispies and fold gently until evenly coated. Stir in crushed candy canes. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press down gently with parchment paper or a buttered spatula.
Sprinkle with crushed peppermint or festive sprinkles.
Let cool completely (about 45 minutes) before cutting

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Keep the heat low when melting the marshmallows to get a gentle stretch.. Too much heat makes them tough
Don't press too hard when flattening them in the pan. Compacting them too much makes the bars hard instead of soft and gooey
