2 crusts for 9 inch pie

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening
1/3 cup butter cold cubed
5 Tbsp water (very cold)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt. using for or pastry cutter mix in butter and shortening until crumbly, add water start with 4 Tbsp, add more if needed mix until you have dough.

Roll out on a floured pastry mat or counter. fold and place in pie plate prick with fork to allow it to cook evenly.
