1pkg. Oreo cookies, 1pkg. (8oz) Cream cheese, 1/4c. Butter, 1c. Powder sugar, 3 1/3c. Milk, 2pkg. (3.4oz) French vanilla pudding, 1 (8oz) Tub of cool whip.

In a blender process cookies until finely crushed. Set a side 3tbsp. of crumbs for topping. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese,butter and sugar. In another bowl whisk the milk and pudding for 2min. Add cream cheese mix,mix well. Flod in cool whip. Place half of cookie crumbs in bowl top with half of pudding mix. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refridgerate untill ready to serve.
