• 5 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into ½-inch slices
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup cold butter
• ½ cup chopped toasted pecans
• Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a greased slow cooker, drizzle with lemon juice, toss.
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apples.
Cover and cook on HIGH 3 hours or until apples are tender.
Serve warm with ice cream.
