1 cup water
½ cup butter
½ cup flour
½ cup Parmesan
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash nutmeg
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in a pot. Stir in butter and melt. Mix flour, Parmesan, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg and then add to butter. Beat together until it forms a dough about 1½ minute. Remove from the pot. Beat eggs into the mix, 1 at a time. Drop batter on an oiled sheet with room to spread. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
