20 oz frozen chopped spinach
2 – 2½ cups herb stuffing
¾ cup butter or margarine, melted
6 eggs
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 small onions, minced
1 teaspoon thyme or oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Combine all ingredients. If too wet, add more stuffing. Roll into balls (1 tablespoon each). Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Remove from sheet immediately and drain on a paper towel. Serve hot. May be frozen after cooking. Reheat 3-5 minutes at 400ºF.
