2 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 12-ounce can of mushrooms
1 can Campbell Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup sour cream
Dry cooking sherry to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic. Add ground beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients except cooking sherry. Simmer for a bout 60 minutes, add cooking sherry and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
