2 cans Veg-All (drained)
3/4 cup mayo
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together except for crackers. Melt one stick of margarine. Crush crackers and mix half of the crackers with melted margarine. Save the other half of the crackers to put on top of casserole. Layer crackers with melted margarine on bottom of baking dish. Put vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining crackers on top. Bake at 350º about 20 - 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
