1 (8 oz) package Jiffy Corn muffin mix
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn, not drained
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 8" x 8" baking pan. Bake at 350 °F for 45 to 50 minutes, or until lightly browned.

For a lighter casserole, mix in 2 eggs.

For cheesy goodness, add 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese... because cheese makes everything better, right?

For a sweeter casserole, add 1/4 to 1/2 sugar. If you add the eggs and sugar, it almost tastes like a corn cake and could be eaten for dessert!
