7-8 medium potatoes - peeled and sliced
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced potatoes in pot, cover with water. Boil until potatoes are fork tender (20 minutes). Drain in colander and pour into 9”x13” casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste.

While potatoes are cooking, put evaporated milk and diced velveeta in microwave. Heat in 2 minute intervals until creamy. Stir in between. Pour over potatoes in casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 20 min or until bubbly
