1 egg white
1 tbs water
1 cup white sugar
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 pound pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Foil line a large baking sheet and lightly spray with PAM.

Whisk together egg whites and water in a medium bowl until frothy. Add pecans to egg white mixture and stir to coat. Mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl; transfer to bowl with pecans and egg whites and toss to coat. Spread sugared pecans out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until crisp, about 1 hour; stirring every 15 minutes.
