2lb. Stewing beef, cubed, 15 Baby carrots halved, 1/2c. Dried minced onoin, 3 Large potatoes cubed, 1can Tomatoe soup, 1 Soup can of water, 1tsp. Salt, 2tbsp. vinegar, Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for up to 6hrs.
