3 large ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Smash bananas and beat with sugar. Add egg and butter. Sift flour baking soda and salt, add to bananas and stir in just enough to incorporate. Fold in walnuts. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Makes one loaf.

One of mom's favorites, she loved banana bread and was a huge fan of anything with walnuts!
