2 pounds hamburger
2 small cans beans sprouts
1 cup diced celery
½ cup diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup uncooked rice
1 ½ cups water
¼ cup soy sauce
1 small can water chestnuts
Bamboo shoots, optional
Chow mien noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare a 9x13 pan. Brown hamburger, add onions and celery and cook about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine sprouts, soup, celery, rice, water, soy sauce, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Add hamburger and mix well. Place in pan and sprinkle chow mien noodles over top. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
