16 oz milk
10 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2-lb boneless ham diced
1 cup frozen green and red peppers and onion strips
1 bag (6oz per bag) seasoned croutons
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese 8oz = 2 cups
Asparagus, as available, blanched and cut small

Directions:

Spray 9x13” aluminum pan with cooking spray.
Shred cheese.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and mustard powder. Add ham, frozen vegetables, pepper, and croutons. Mix until every crouton is saturated.
Pour into prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze.
To Cook
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove plastic wrap and foil, and bake for 70-80 minutes, or until top is golden brown and center is cooked through.
