2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in chunks

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 t. cinnamon
1 T. butter, melted

Mix flour, soda and salt and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Beat in flour and sour cream alternately until blended. Mix in vanilla and rhubarb. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13" pan.
Mix together sugar, nuts, cinnamon, and melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
