1 pkg. sea shell pasta or other specialty pasta
8 oz. Check-style imitation crab meat*
1 c. chopped cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1 c. sliced celery

Dressing:

1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh or dried parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. pepper

Sprigs of fresh dill or additional dried dill weed for garnish

*You can substitute with your favorite seafood

Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions, except slightly undercook it to prevent it from becoming mushy.
Rinse, drain, and cool. Place in large bowl. Add the imitation crab meat, cheddar cheese cubes, scallions and celery.
Mix lightly. Combine the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture overnight. Garnish with sprigs of fresh dill or additional dried dill weed.
Serve each portion on a bed of fresh greens.
