2 lbs. Beef stew meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms,drained
1/2 c. red wine, beef bouillon or water
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in a 2 qt.
casserole dish, cover and bake at 300º for 3 hours.
