4-6 peels, sliced apples
1 T sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
pinch of salt




Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line a pie plate 2/3rds full with sliced apples.
Sprinkle the apples with 1T of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
In a small bowl, add the melted butter and the 1 c. sugar and 1 c. flour. Mix thoroughly. Add the chopped walnuts. Spread over the apples.
Bake from 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Delicious with ice cream or whipped cream.
