1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
4 large Potatoes, grated
2 c. Milk
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Pour vegetable oil & minced garlic into a 2 quart baking dish and rub oil around dish to coat sides and bottom. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Bake at 324 degrees F for 1 hour.
Note: This recipe freezes very well. After freezing, to serve: Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or all day, and bake or microwave until heated through and bubbly (approx. 30 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees f)
