Half a bunch of green onions, white part only sliced thin
2TB minced garlic
1 1/2 TB minced fresh ginger
3TB Korean Chile flakes or crushed Red peppers
1 1/3 tsp sesame seeds
1 TB sesame oil
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 TB oyster sauce
(For briny flavor add fish sauce too)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 TB Rice Vinegar
Optional - 2 TB honey

Directions:
Directions:
Heat veg oil until hot (about 5 minutes)

In a heat resistant large bowl add first 6 ingredients
Slowly & carefully pour hot oil into mixture. It will bubble up!
After it calms down, stir thoroughly.
Add the remaining ingredients
Let mixture cool until it can be transferred to a tight fitting lid container & store in refrigerator
