½ tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup white sugar
⅓ cup butter, melted
½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

In medium bowl beat egg, add sugar and butter and beat. Beat in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and mix well. Pour ½ the batter into a sprayed 8 inch square baking pan. Topping: In small bowl, mix together ½ cup light brown sugar, ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup softened butter and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Blend with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over cake batter evenly. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Partially cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares and serve while still warm. Makes 6 servings.
